Abstract
The surgical approach to venogenic impotence has been ligation of abnormal venous leak points demonstrated by dynamic infusion cavernosometry and cavernosography. Although variable success rates are reported, recurrences are not scarce. We
reviewed
our
series of 12 patients with pure venogenic impotence who underwent surgical correction of the specific abnormality identified on dynamic cavernosography. With an average short-term follow-up of 1 month, 83% of the patients had improvement.
Long-term
improvements(mean 15 months)were noted in 58%.
